Rodez Institute of Technology is a part of Toulouse Capitole University
Its purpose is to train high school graduates for professional life.
Whether you are in initial training, continuous education or apprenticeship, everything is organised so that you receive quality and adapted training. Throughout the program, you will get support from lecturers and teachers, professionals and administrative staff.

The IUT comprises 5 departments
Each of which delivers a BUT - Bachelor universitaire de technologie – that is to say, a three-year technological university degree - or several Bachelor’s degrees (Licences Profesionnelles) specialized in the respective field of each department:
- Business Administration (Gestion des Entreprises et des Administrations - GEA)
- Computer Sciences (Informatique)
- Quality & Logistics (Qualité, Logistique Industrielle et Organisation - QLIO)
- Information Sciences & Communications (Information Communication - Infocom)
- Legal Careers (Carrières Juridiques - CJ)
degrees
The BUT is a selective 3-year professional degree. It offers in-depth professional training through a technological approach combining both theory and practice.
Courses consist of lecture & theory, tutorial and practice, projects and internships.
Skills assessments are carried out regularly throughout the 3-year program.
